Turnaround

READY TO SHIP


Items that are ready to ship will be processed and fulfilled within 5-7 business days.


Since this is a handmade shop, each and every item is cut, sewn, packaged and everything in between by one person, items will be limited by sizes and quantities. 


If you do not see your size please drop us a suggestion and we will make every effort to make it available to you.


MADE TO ORDER


If you've place a made to order the turnaround time is approx 2-4 weeks but is subject to change at any time. This time is business week days; it does not include weekends. If you need your item promptly pleasure rush your order and upgrade shipping so you receive your item as quickly as possible. Should you need a quicker method of shipping than available please contact prior to ordering.


 Our goal is for you to receive the best of service and quality merchandise. However, due to the fact that all items are handmade, no refunds, cancellations, exchanges or returns can be made. Once an item has been purchased, the sale is final. Please make sure when making your selection you're selecting the correct size, style and item you desire.


If multiple orders are placed, even within the same day, we do not combine orders/shipping.

SHIPPING

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

All orders will be shipped with USPS first class mail unless an upgrade has been selected. Tracking will be provided to the provided email when your order has shipped.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

All international packages will be shipped with International First Class, unless an upgrade has been selected. Tracking will be provided to the provided email when your order has shipped.

-You (the buyer) are responsible for your country's sales tax and/or any additional fees (ex customs fees)


DAMAGED / LOST PACKAGES:

Packages that have been marked as delivered but, not received are the customer's responsibility.



ViconX Urban Streetwear is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your item has been delayed or stuck in transit, please contact your local postal service for inquiries as it is out of our control once the package is shipped.

We do not refund for lost or stolen packages. If you would like to purchase insurance for your items please contact us prior to placing your order.
