ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS &/OR EXCHANGES.
Our goal is for you to receive the best of service and quality merchandise. However, due to several factors including that all items are handmade, no refunds, cancellations, exchanges or returns can be made. Once an item has been purchased, the sale is final. Please make sure when making your selection you're selecting the correct size, style and item you desire.
In the event that an error is made on our part, we will do what we can to accommodate you in fixing 'said' error. However, in any given situation where an exchange is agreed to, the item must be returned in unworn, & unwashed -- in other words, in the condition it was received or we cannot accept it.
READY TO SHIP ITEMS
Please note: if you choose a pay later type method of payment, this may delay shipment time.
Items that are ready to ship will be processed and fulfilled within 5-7 business days, with the exception of made to order items being added to your purchase. Your shipment would then not go out until those items are made. If you would like your ready to ship items before the made to order, two separate orders must be placed.
Since this is a handmade shop, each and every item is cut, sewn, packaged and everything in between by one person, items will be limited by sizes and quantities.
If you do not see your size please drop us a suggestion and we will make every effort to make it available to you.
MADE TO ORDER ITEMS
If you've placed a made to order the turnaround time is approximately 14-21 business days, but is subject to change at any time due to demand. This time is business days; it does not include weekends. If you need your item promptly pleasure rush your order (if this option if available), and upgrade shipping so you receive your item as quickly as possible. Should you need a quicker method of shipping than available please contact prior to ordering.
Sales are final. No cancellations, refunds or exchanges.
If multiple orders are placed, even within the same day, we do not combine orders/shipping.
All orders will be shipped with USPS first class mail unless an upgrade has been selected. Tracking will be provided to the provided email when your order has shipped.
All international packages will be shipped with International First Class, unless an upgrade has been selected. Tracking will be provided to the provided email when your order has shipped.
-You (the buyer) are responsible for your country's sales tax and/or any additional fees (ex customs fees)
DAMAGED / LOST PACKAGES:
Packages that have been marked as delivered but, not received are the customer's responsibility. Please understand, shipping is another companies job entirely. They are paid for that service, shipment is not our company.
ViconX Urban Streetwear is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your item has been delayed or stuck in transit, please contact your local postal service for inquiries as it is out of our control once the package has been shipped.
We do not refund or replace items for lost or stolen packages. If you would like to purchase insurance for your items please contact us prior to placing your order.
When a discount/savings opportunity is offered, unless the discount is automatically applied, the provided code MUST BE entered at the time of sale to be valid. Please ensure that the discount code has been entered before finalizing your order, as we do not make adjustments once a sale has been finalized. As previously stated, all sales are final, all of the time. Ensure you are selecting the appropriate sizes desired, and applying any discounts prior to finalizing your purchase.
